OPINION

GERBER, Judge.

Appellant Robin Rose Barnes (defendant) appeals from her conviction for possessing drug paraphernalia with one prior felony conviction in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-3408, -3415 and -3401 and from the sentence imposed.

Counsel for defendant has filed a brief complying with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and State v. Leon, 104 Ariz. 297, 451 P.2d 878 (1969), requesting this court to search the record for fundamental error pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-4035.
