OPINION
CORCORAN, Justice.
The State petitions for review of the court of appeals’ opinion vacating the plea agreement and defendant’s guilty plea, and remanding the matter to the trial court for further proceedings. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Ariz. Const, art. 6, § 5(3), and A.R.S. § 12-120.24.
