OPINION

HAIRE, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was charged with the crime of robbery, with an allegation that he had been previously convicted of obtaining money or property by confidence game. A jury returned a verdict of guilty on the robbery charge, and appellant admitted his prior conviction to the court. He was sentenced to serve not less than ten nor more than fifteen years in the Arizona State Prison.
