■LEADBETTER, Judge.
York County Area Agency on Aging (Agency) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of York County entered pursuant to Section 7(h)(2) of the Older Adults Protective Services Act, Act of November 6,1987, P.L. 381, as amended 35 P.S. § 10217(h)(2) (the Act). The Act, which provides for services to protect the health, safety and welfare of older adults,1 also establishes a statewide reporting and investigative system for suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation and abandonment of such persons.
