OPINION
NIX, Chief Justice.
Instantly before the Court are companion appeals from an order of the Superior Court which had reversed in part and affirmed in part the order of the Court of Common Pleas. 386 Pa.Super. 574, 563 A.2d 531. The appeal filed at No. 84 E.D. Appeal Docket 1990 was instituted by the Lehigh Valley Hospital Center (herein referred to as “Hospital”). The companion appeal filed at No. 83 E.D.
