Mikeisha Gant (Gant) appeals from the Lancaster County Common Pleas Court's (trial court) July 8, 2014 order declaring that Gant is a medically-compromised adult in need of protective services under the Adult Protective Services Act (Act or Act 70) 2 and granting the Department of Public Welfare's (DPW) 3 Petition for Special Relief (Petition).
