¶1 This case involves a protracted dispute between a brother and sister concerning their respective interests in a ranching partnership that is before the Court a second time. The litigation began in 1995 when Joan McCormick (“Joan”) brought this action against her brother, Clark Brevig (“Clark”), and their Partnership, Brevig Land Live and Lumber (hereinafter, “the Partnership”), seeking a Partnership accounting and dissolution.
