¶1 This case marks the third appearance before this Court of the dispute between siblings Joan K. McCormick (Joan) and Clark A. Brevig (Clark).
¶2 The litigation began in 1995 when Joan filed suit against Clark and their partnership, Brevig Land, Live and Lumber (the Partnership), seeking an accounting and dissolution. Clark counterclaimed against Joan for fraud, deceit, negligent misrepresentation, and to quiet title.
