Matter of Lehman

The Commission on Judicial Conduct (Commission) recommended that this court administer a public censure to A. Steven Lehman (respondent), a justice of the peace. Established by article 6.1 of the Arizona Constitution, the Commission is charged with investigating and hearing complaints against judges and recommending to this court the disposition of judicial disciplinary cases. 1 See In re Marquardt, 161 Ariz. 206, 207, 778 P.2d 241, 242 (1989); In re Haddad, 128 Ariz. 490, 491-92, 627 P.2d 221, 222-23 (1981).
