This is an action for violation of due process and equal protection, tortious in terference with business expectancy, civil conspiracy and violation of the Michigan Open Meetings Act. The plaintiffs are a towing company, Ross Towing of Livonia, and its owner, Christopher Maiberger (collectively, “Ross Towing”).
