This is a proceeding in which this court is requested to review a decision of the Industrial Commission of Utah, hereinafter called commission. The defendant A.E. Heladakis, hereinafter styled applicant, made application to the commission for compensation for an injury which he alleged he sustained in the course of his employment in January, 1925, while employed by the Utah-Apex Mining Company, one of the plaintiffs in this proceeding.
