Dorsey Mississippi Sales, Inc. filed a suit in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County against Joe S. Newell, an individual, doing business as Meridian Insurance Agency, and also against Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, a foreign insurance company doing business in Mississippi. A demurrer was' sustained to the first declaration. filed, and appellant filed an amended declaration with exhibits attached.
