SNYDER, Judge.
This action is the result of conflicting interpretations of § 287.470 of the Missouri Worker’s Compensation Act, Chapter 287, RSMo 1978.1 The circuit court affirmed the order of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) which denied the employee’s petition to reopen her award after the period for the payment of benefits had ended.
