Harry Tiller (“Employee”) appeals an order of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) which denied his Application for Review Because of Change of Condition (“motion”) seeking to modify a workers’ compensation award against his employer, 166 Auto Auction (“Employer”). The Commission asserted that it did not have jurisdiction to consider Employee’s motion because the original award had been satisfied. Employee argues that the Commission retained jurisdiction over the award because at the time Employee filed his motion, his appeal of the award…
