* NOTE: Opinion filed at October Term, 1932, April 20, 1933; motion for rehearing filed; motion overruled at May Term, June 12, 1933. This is a proceeding in certiorari to quash the opinion of the St. Louis Court of Appeals in the case of Sei v. Guthrie Company, 50 S.W.2d 664. The St. Louis Court of Appeals there reversed a judgment of the circuit court in favor of relator and remanded the cause with directions to set aside the award of the Commission.
