Flynn v. Casper

This is a habeas corpus proceeding commenced in the 'County Court by John M. Casper, defendant in error here, against James H. Flynn and Rose Flynn, plaintiffs in error, to obtain the custody of his infant daughter, Nina Dale Cas*345per. On trial in the County Court, judgment was rendered in favor of the defendants, whereupon an appeal was taken to the'District Court. Upon trial de novo, the District Court awarded the custody of the infant to> its father.
