Maggie May Thompson filed in this court a petition reciting that she was the mother of James Reed Thompson, who was born on March 2, 1918; that her husband, Thomas Thompson, about the month of July, 1923, by falsehood and deceit obtained possession of her said son at Yancouver, B. C., and without her consent transported him to Red Lodge, Montana, and placed him in the care and custody of W. A.
