Appellant Jose Lopez (hereinafter “Appellant”) appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on January 26, 2011, at which time he was sentenced to an aggregate sentence of twelve and one-half (12 1/2) years to twenty-five (25) years in prison following his convictions of aggravated assault graded as a first degree felony,1 violations of the Uniform Firearms Act2 and Possessing an Instrument of Crime.3 Upon our review of the record, we affirm.
