COMPTON, Justice.

Appellant, plaintiff below, instituted this action for damages • for personal injuries sustained by her allegedly resulting from being struck by an automobile driven by appellee.

• The accident occurred about 7:00 p. m. May 31, 1952, on East Central near the center line, and some 60 feet west of the intersection of East Central and Adams Street.
