This case involves the question of the right to the custody of Ruth Priest and William Priest, the minor children of William Priest and Marie Priest, the respondents. The appellants, W. E. Tipton and Nellie Tipton, claim right to the custody of Ruth Priest, and the appellants, Charles Jain and Jessie Jain, claim right to the custody of William Priest.
