The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (“the Director”) petitioned for disciplinary action against respondent Susanne Marie Glas-ser, alleging that she violated Minn. R. Prof. Conduct 8.4(b) based on her conviction of two counts of misdemeanor theft by swindle. Following a hearing on the petition, a referee recommended a public reprimand and supervised probation for a period of five years.
