OPINION
BARRY, District Judge.
Defendants International Total Services, Inc. (“ITS”) and Dan Richards (“Richards”) (collectively as “defendants”) move for summary judgment. Plaintiff Kristy Lemke (“Lemke” "or “plaintiff’) cross-moves for partial summary judgment as to her claims under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. For the following reasons, this court will grant defendants’ motion and deny plaintiffs motion.
