Respondent was injured when he fell from a snow pile on a school playground. The snow pile was created because the school district decided to place snow removed from the parking lots on the playground. Respondent sued the school, school district, various district employees (collectively, appellants), and a contractor for negligence. Appellants moved for summary judgment claiming statutory, recreational, official, and vicarious official immunity.
