I. Introduction
These matters came before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to the consent of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), upon the Motions of the Defendants’, and of the Third-Party Defendants’, for Summary Judgment, as well as upon the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Amend their Complaints.
