COOK, Judge:

A general court-martial with members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of negligent homicide, a violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. Appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 1 year, total forfeitures, and reduction to pay grade E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence, and the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Military Review affirmed. United States v. Pearson, 13 M.J. 922 (1982).
