Plaintiff Lee N. Koehler appeals from a judgment and two orders of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Keenan, J.). On February 19, 1998 the court granted defendant’s, Bank of Bermuda, New York Ltd. (New York Bank), motion to dismiss plaintiffs complaint against it for failure to state a cause of action.
