Plaintiff Min Jin appeals from a judgment for defendant-appellee Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. (MetLife) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Eaton, Mag. J.), following a jury trial on Jin’s claim that she was sexually harassed by her supervisor at MetLife in violation of Title YII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 253, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. The district court entered a verdict of “no liability” on the part of MetLife after the jury found, in a special verdict form, that Jin had been subjected to unlawful…
