In her final report, the Chapter 7 trustee objected to three claims filed as priority unsecured claims. All three claims involve obligations of the debtor, Thomas Pearce, arising from a marital dissolution action with his ex-wife, Sheryl Pearce. Two of the claims are for an unpaid plumbing bill owed to Howton Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (“Howton Plumbing”), which the debtor failed to pay pursuant to the dissolution judgment and for which Sheryl Pearce is jointly responsible.
