MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the third amended complaint filed by Teresa J. Sterna (“Teresa”) against John V. Paneras (“John”) to determine whether two debts are nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5) (Count I); 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(15) (Count II); and 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) (Count III). For the reasons set forth below, the Court holds that the debts are dischargeable under § 523(a)(5) as they are not in the nature of maintenance and support obligations.
