Memorandum Opinion and Order

This matter came on for hearing upon an Objection to Priority Claim and an Objection to Confirmation of the Chapter 13 Plan. Stephanie Brunson (“Brunson”) has objected to the Chapter 13 plan of the debtor, Jon Austin (“Austin”), on the basis that it fails to pay Brunson’s claim in full. Austin has objected to Brunson’s claim, arguing that the claim is not entitled to priority status because it is not in the nature of support and therefore should not be paid in full. 1 The following constitutes this Court’s findings of fact and…
