THIS CASE came on for consideration on March 31, 2003 (“Hearing”), on the Debtor’s Objection to Claim No. 14 (Doc. No. 18) (“Objection”). The Debtor objected to Claim No. 14 (“Claim”) on the basis that it was filed as a priority claim under Bankruptcy Code section 507(a)(7) rather than as a general unsecured claim.
