OPINION

HOLLIS HORTON, Justice.

This cause is before us on remand from the Court of Criminal Appeals. See Amador v. State, 221 S.W.3d 666, 667-68 (Tex.Crim.App.2007). Justin Amador pled guilty to misdemeanor DWI after the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence. Amador v. State, 187 S.W.3d 543, 545 (Tex.App.-Beaumont 2006), rev’d, 221 S.W.3d 666 (Tex.Crim.App.2007); see Tex.Pen.Code Ann. § 49.04(b) (Vernon 2003).
