Appellant was charged with DWI. He filed a motion to suppress evidence. The trial judge conducted a live hearing on appellant’s motion during which he viewed portions of the arresting officer’s patrol-car videotape. At some point, the court apparently denied the motion and later denied appellant’s motion for reconsideration. Appellant then pled guilty, but appealed the trial court’s ruling on his pretrial motion.
