OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

After a trial to the court, appellant, John Walker, was convicted of one count of second degree felony murder; three counts of first degree burglary; three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct; and two counts of aggravated robbery. Walker was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 291 months. Walker’s petition for post- conviction relief was denied in all respects except for the vacation of one count of aggravated robbery.
