Young v. Hahn

Error to. Court of Civil Appeals for the First District, in an appeal from Galveston County. Hahn sued Young and recovered a judgment which was affirmed on appeal. Young then obtained writ of error.

Defendant in error, who, as plaintiff, recovered in the District Court, was hurt while in the service of plaintiff in error, engaged, with a number of others, in loading a ship with sacks of borax.
