MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
Leroy and Gloria Mason bring this Truth-in-Lending Act action against General Finance Corporation of Virginia, a Delaware corporation, in which they allege that the defendant has failed to make certain disclosures required by the Act, 15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq., and implementing regulations, 12 C.F.R. § 226. They seek to recover the statutory civil penalty and their attorney’s fees. Jurisdiction is conferred by 15 U.S.C. § 1640 (e) and 28 U.S.C. § 1337.
