This cause is before the Court on the motion for summary judgment [Doc. # 40] filed by the Defendant, Koch Foods of Mississippi, LLC (“Koch Foods”), and the motion for summary judgment [Doc. # 44] filed by the Plaintiffs. Because the Plaintiffs have raised a genuine issue of material fact as to: (1) whether donning and doffing of sanitary equipment constitutes “work” under the FLSA; and (2) whether donning and doffing of required sanitary gear is both integral and indispensable to the Plaintiffs’ principal activities, those portions…
