The appellant, Allison R Isham, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. After Isham’s driver’s license was administratively revoked, she was charged with driving under the influence. Isham filed a plea in bar, contending that once her license was administratively revoked, any later criminal prosecution violated the Double Jeopardy Clauses of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution arid art.
