Basic Capital Management, Inc. (BCM), American Realty Trust, Inc. (ART), Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. (TCI/CMET), 1 Continental Poydras Corp. (Poydras), Continental Common, Inc. (Common), and Continental Baronne, Inc.
