Peterbilt of Springfield, Inc. (“Employer”) appeals from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s (“the Commission”) “Order” adopting the decision of the Appeals Tribunal which had determined that Robert Butrick (“Claimant”) was not disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits following his termination from Employer.1 In its sole point relied on, Employer asserts the Commission erred in concluding Claimant was not disqualified from unemployment compensation benefits because the evidence showed he was discharged for misconduct connected to work…
