MANFORD, Judge.

This is a civil action seeking damages for breach of contract. The jury entered its verdict in the sum of $58,000.00. Judgment was entered in accordance with a jury verdict. The judgment is reversed.

Four points are presented, charging that the trial court erred in failing to grant a motion for directed verdict or judgment N.O.Y. because (a) the evidence, as a matter of law, failed to establish a breach of duty to act with reasonable care, (b) the evidence, as a matter of law, failed to establish that management was the direct and proximate cause of the alleged damages, (c) the…
