Mary Ann and Charles Chadwick entered into a Property Settlement and Separation Agreement in April of 2004; the court entered a Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and incorporated the Settlement Agreement. Unfortunately, the Settlement Agreement and the Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage are not consistent in the treatment of Charles’ 1 service pension with the City of Springfield Fire Department.
