Appellants, Emily West and William Grant (West and Grant), appeal the Circuit Court of Jackson County’s (“trial court”) judgment granting summary judgment in favor of Respondents, Seneca Insurance Company, Inc. (“Seneca”), Bail USA, Inc. (“Bail USA”), 1 and Sharp Bonding Agency, Inc. (“Sharp Bonding”).
