I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the defendant Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (“WMATA”) motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff brings the instant suit against WMATA, his former employer, for alleged unlawful termination, defamation/libel, unfair labor practices and conspiracy.
