¶1. The State of Wisconsin (State) seeks review of a published decision of the court of appeals reversing a judgment of the Rock County Circuit Court, Edwin C. Dahlberg, Judge. In 1994, the defendant, Michael Love (Love), was convicted of burglary. The court withheld sentence and placed him on three years of probation. In 1995, Love was charged with new offenses leading to the revocation of his probation.
