Appellant was convicted of the crimes of burglary in the first degree, attempted rape, and rape. He appeals from the judgments and from the order denying his motion for a new trial. He raises no question concerning the regularity of the criminal proceedings, the fairness of his trial, or the sufficiency of the evidence to justify .the jury’s verdict of guilt.
