Supplemental Opinion on Rehearing.
ANDREWS, J.
In the petition for rehearing it is contended that the judgment of the trial court was reversed upon the single ground that “there was no testimony reasonably tending to support the judgment and findings of the trial court that the parties by the language employed in the contract intended to cover oil and gas royalties.” The judgment of the trial court was not reversed on such a ground. It was reversed on the ground that the judgment of the trial court was against the clear weight of the evidence, the applicable rule in such a case.
