This is a suit instituted by the plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of S. B. Wilson, deceased, against the defendants, to obtain a partnership accounting and other relief. It is alleged in the amended complaint that S. B. Wilson died intestate in Ismay, Montana, on the fourteenth day of July, 1915; that letters of administration of his estate were duly issued to the plaintiff, his widow, in the district court of the sixteenth judicial district of the state…
