—This is an action brought by the appellee against the appellant upon an insurance policy issued by the appellant to one Izadore Alterovitz on October 9, 1930, in which the appellee, widow of Izadore Alterovitz, was the beneficiary. The policy was for $10,000.00, and it, together with the application attached, was delivered to the said Alterovitz on October 17, 1930.
