MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KYLE, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
In this patent action involving pet toys, the parties are currently disputing whether issues of the validity, enforceability and infringement of several patents are more properly litigated here or in Colorado. Plaintiff Mann Design Ltd. (“Mann”) is a Minnesota corporation. Defendant Bounce, Inc. (“Bounce”) is a Colorado corporation.
